The other challenge for today is 18 headshots in one game. I am lucky to clear 13 kills in one game lately.

This was not so easy for me, I am really off my game right now. But got it done and got promoted. Now on my second to last class to master.

Wow, since I almost ALWAYS start off with Regicide and it is one of my favorite and best games, this was a no-brainer. Finished it in the second match of the night because in the first I walked away from the game for emergency re-hydration.

I do not know how I pulled this off. It was in Regicide, must have been the game I did second place. It was fun. And got it in under the wire, too.

OK, I put this up here before. I am becoming intensely frustrated with this game mode. It is fun, and I like to play for fun. But when my game rep is on the line with my challenges and career level, I get a little upset.

How does one win? Is it 3:00 of overall survival, all 3 min in one game? It is kills as one thing or the other?
I have looked all over IGN, Halo Waypoint, and tons of new releases and other peoples blogs. I have been told by one person that this challenge is achievable but "Have to start really early in the day". WTF does that mean? What I want to know is: WHERE IS THE GOAL.
Well, this one challenge I may have to concede, I have other things to work on today, and the 1250xp just isn't going to cut it for the time I am spending on this one.

OK, if you have read all this and you actually know the answer to my dilemma, I am all ears.

Forgot to post this a few days ago.
Good story, but I wish they had made this part of the campaign rather than try to fix Firefight. Firefight was fun and able to do over and over again to rack up XP and just have fun. Gods know I love popping grunts with a DMR.
But with the ability to die and spawn infinite times in a story line, not so great. Makes me feel like I am just trying to pass a bar set way too low. Only 3 or 4 of them so far have actually had the ability to fail. And a halo GAME where you get to be part of a team rather than just Master Chief would be good. I liked ODST, even if it wasn't as a Spartan.

Just looked over some other message boards, no one seems to know when Season 2 starts. And today I just saw the first clip for Halo 5 on the Xbox One.

DLC Achievements

Wow, I am really happy. I was not even in the DLC section of matchmaking, which is Majestic right now, but I got 2 of its' achievements tonight in consecutive games of Regicide. So, in spite of my earlier complaints, I have managed to rack some of them up.

I got Bullet Sponge and then Pigs Can Fly.
I was on Majestic maps, but obviously not in the DLC matchmaker, I was in Regicide. I do not know if I was permitted to achieve them BECAUSE Majestic is the current DLC, or just because it was on a DLC map in matchmaking. I don't quite care, either. I now do have a chance to earn all the achievements without necessarily having to use the Team DLC forum which often just aggravates me.

I am very glad to have completed a weekly challenge. The other one is not far behind. And I am catching up on my daily quota to get the monthly. Level 107 now as well. Keep shooting.

Now I am feeling so sick I need to stop playing. I did not get the 2 regicide wins, I am way behind on the weekly challenges, and I am on day 14 of the month with less than 1200 kills. FUCK. But I feel like crap.

OK, so in this game of Regicide with 6 players I was killing left and right but never getting the crown.

The King and I were tied at 295 points. I an another player charged the king and were spraying the hell out of him and praying for a kill (ha ha, today's challenge was Spray and Pray). The king died and I got the assist, the other man got the kill and the 20 points. But that put me to 300. I got the crown and won. REGIE SATANAS!

This was tons of fun, I always like the Spray n Pray. 1000xp for the fun is just fine.

Nice to run around and kill invisible people with red markers over their heads. Nice 2200xp. And made level 106 before this. I am happy with how this goes. Get some challenges and 100 kills for the day and I am on to Spartan Ops.

Thank the gods this one was not all in one game. Though how they figure this is worth 2750xp, I do not know.

Trying to get back to more Bumper Jumper in SWAT. Picked up my game. Got 2 Triple Kills in one round. Or maybe they just all sucked that bad.

Destroyer of Grunts

4: War Games Weekly Challenge. Kill 100 Grunts - Complete. Nice 5600xp.
Now, here is the story.
I finished Ep 9 Ch 4 on Legendary with the elites all dead and only 98 / 100 grunts down. So I went back to Ep 2 Ch 2 and started it on normal. I pulled out my .45, shot a grunt, skipped a jackal, killed a second grunt and ended the game. The wonderful display read +24 for my efforts and watched that xp bar skyrocket. I do miss the XP tally reading out which challenges and bonuses one gets.

I am the 99 Percent

Nice 6k bonus for this one, getting me closer to level 105.

This Weeks Challenges

4: War Games Weekly Challenges
This week the challenges were to win 25 games and to successfully kill all the players of the other team in 30 games. I am at 13 with each task and have only 26 hours left. I do not feel these will get done, and the xp for them was generous. We will see how the night goes.

To Be Precise

Not a huge problem, not a huge reward.

The other challenge for today: Get 6 multikills in one game. Yeah - no. Got 2 triple kills in one, but not enough.

The 3000 kills for this month are well on track.
I have been doing well with my weapon commendations lately.

Shit. I always start my day with Regicide so I can warm up without hindering a team. And it is fun.

The other challenge for today is "That's Just Perfect" which requires killing 15 players in a single match without dying. 10k XP. Yeah, I need 10k. But this is an impossibility for me. Not without a TON of help.

In Your Face

4: War Games Daily Challenge. Earn 16 CQC Medals. Complete. Only 1100 XP for the whole day of work.

At least I am over 600 kills for the 3000 kill monthly challenge.

The two weekly, doing OK on.

Now, "Infected" Win 4 games of Flood. My "team" such as it was "won" twice, tied repeatedly, and lost a few times. But I have none of the 4 I need. Would anyone care to explain this to your humble narrator. I fail to comprehend what the criteria is for this challenge. And with how I have failed at it, the 1250 XP seems far less than commensurate.

The second daily is 20 precision loadout kills in one match for 2000 XP. That may not happen.

Deft Hand

4: War Games Weekly Challenge. Earn 50 Combat Skill Medals. Complete. Got this one in just on time.

Missed the Removalist. But that is because I do not like Extraction one little bit. When I have maxed out most of my other stats I will put in some effort on that and Invasion and Territories. But those seem too craptastic for my taste. "Your Halo is not my Halo."

The Kill-o-Tron

4: War Games Daily Challenge. Earn 4 Multikill medals in a single match. Complete. That was a hard earned 1000 XP. But never underestimate an opportunist in Regicide.
Damn game left me just 124 XP from level 98.
